datapace.ai provides a control plane that lets AI agents operate on production databases. Every action is checked against your policies, can require human approval, and is recorded in an immutable audit ledger.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

• Use our service only for legitimate database optimization purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms
• Do not use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Respect usage limits and fair use policies

Database Access

• You grant Datapace access to your databases as configured by your policies
• Any action an agent takes first clears the policy and approval gates you configure, and is recorded in an immutable audit ledger
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings

Limitations

• Our recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
• You are responsible for testing changes in your environment
• We are not liable for any issues arising from implementing our recommendations

Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability

Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
